The procedure for preparing a drink

Mix milk, boiled water, sugar and cinnamon in a ladle for heating. Put on low heat, warm well, but do not bring to a boil.

Grate half the chocolate bar on a coarse grater. Meanwhile, the milk-sugar-cinnamon mixture will cool slightly, since you should not fill the grated chocolate with too hot a mixture.

Pour half the milk mixture into the grated chocolate and mix well. Then pour the second half of the milk-sugar-cinnamon mixture and mix thoroughly again.
